What is Physie?
Physie (also known as Physical Culture) is the perfect combination of dance movements designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. The benefits for you and your daughter are increased co-ordination, brain development and confidence. Physie is a synchronised, team-based sport that’s social and fun and an excellent low impact dance and aerobic activity.
Fun, upbeat, pop music is the soundtrack to a sport that fuses dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga! Our innovative choreography changes annually and is designed for maximum variety and fun.
The Point Physie are passionate about the happiness and health of our members. We promote an active, healthy lifestyle, where physical activity becomes an enjoyable part of daily life. We believe that being a part of a Physie family encourages a life-long love of exercise, improved health benefits, confidence and overall happiness.
All members are encouraged to perform as individuals, but also as a sychronised team that’s social and fun, providing the girls with an opportunity to make life-long friends and have girls and women to as role models. We encourage grandmothers, mothers and daughters to share this experience at our club.
